We asked Char Worthem, owner of CJ's Choice Catering, "How many guests can you handle?" She said "Any number greater than 10." For our latest Pow Wow, Char prepared soup and sandwiches while we talked shop about the food production business. CJ's Choice Catering does traditional, family style catering. To give us an idea of her catering capabilities, she told of 150 band camp students, for their last evening of camp, enjoying her traditional, family style, teen style dinner.
